The restaurant on Klimentská Street offers excellent Asian cuisine combining fresh local ingredients, the best of Prague’s Vietnamese market and great local meat, prepared under the watchful eye of British Chef Paul Day. The restaurant buys meat from local Czech farms and prides itslef on using virtually the entire animal, from nose to tail. For example, Day’s slowly roasted pork belly served with melon is a real star on the culinary menu.
There is also an excellent tasting menu. All meals are served in a family style, so to speak – simple, long wooden tables and benches suggest you will be sitting with other guests at lunch or dinner. The gastronomic experience is further enhanced by an interesting selection of wines, cocktails and Czech beer.
