A handsome bar dressed in red, with black-and-white floors and the style of 1950s America. This original American diner, just a few steps from Pařížská Street in downtown Prague, will amaze you at the entrance: columns hand-tiled with mosaics of 60,000 pieces of chipped ceramic depicting portraits of Marilyn Monroe and James Dean. The wow effect continues: you will be seated in chairs inspired by the seats of the Chevrolet Bel Air of 1952. The menu offers burgers, of course. The beef is ordered directly from a small local family company. The burger buns are supplied by the luxurious Mansson’s Bakery. Fruit and vegetables come from local farmers, as do the eggs. In addition to perfect American burgers, the menu also boasts great breakfasts, a bit of international cuisine and desserts - typical donuts and pancakes.
