If you don’t know what to choose from the plethora of dishes on the menu, try the special sashimi sushi set– put together by our chefs, the set includes several pieces of all the different types of sushi.
There is a built-in burner on each table, so our chefs can prepare your dish right before your eyes or you can prepare your own meal at the table. The burner is ideal for shabu shabu, a dish prepared in a cooking pot of boiling dashi (stock) and kombu (kelp). Thin slices of meat and vegetable pieces are gradually added to the broth. The cooked meat and vegetables are then served with ponzu sauce and goma.
