The Belgian restaurant in Prague's Vinohrady offers 8 kinds of Belgian draught beer and dozens of others, bottled. The restaurant, where they don’t just attempt high gastronomy in the Belgian style under the baton of Executive Chef Jan Pípal, but where they can really do it. Mussels are an integral part of true Belgian cuisine. At Bruxx they know that very well, and mussels are brought in fresh 3 times a week. Sweet desserts are the province of Lukáš Skála, one of the best pastry chefs in the world. Belgium is evident here in other ingredients too, such as Belgian chocolate, cheeses, waffles or French fries, and it’s reflected in the décor itself, which is a reflection of the Belgian pub - brasserie - but in perfect harmony with the original architecture of the National House, where the restaurant is located.
