Pure female fashion with a touch of orient. Exactly such a spectacle awaited everyone, who came to see the latest collection of the brand Ecstatic fashion. Autors are Lilia Khousnoutdinová, a partner of Karel Janečka, and Ilona Bittnerová. The collection celebrates women's beauty, takes you to breathtaking Bhutan, offers comfortable and practical dresses for expectant mothers, and last but not least opens up the topic of labioplasty.
“My true love is Bhutan, it is my thirteenth time going there and I have been travelling there for eleven years. One of the things I really enjoy there is that they take great care to preserve their traditions. One traditional craft that is totally phenomenal is weaving”,
explains Lilia Khousnoutdinová, why the vast majority of the collection is inspired by wild exotic patterns and a national female costume called kira. At the same time, she adds that kira is a very precise and high-quality clothing, as its weaving often takes several months.
The collection also includes luxury belts, which are part of the traditional kira. Based on that, these two authors also created a more affordable dress out of natural bamboo viscose, which thanks to its design will perfectly serve all expectant and existing mothers.
The price depends on the fabric. If we use hand-woven Bhutan kira, the price depends on the structure and number of patterns and types of thread. When we use silk, we talk about hand-woven fabric, so the price is at least 50,000 CZK, to cover the costs of the fabric and the dressmaker. Price around 20,000 CZK we're at a level where the dress can be interesting, it may be a more eccentric model, but it won't be silk on silk, it will be a compromise, explains Lilia Khousnoutdinová.
“We are considering to open a dress rental at the moment,” adds Ilona Bittnerová, emphasizing that women who like the concept of Ecstatic fashion's couture, but would normally not be able to afford it, could rent out the clothing. At the same time, she adds that the price of the belts starts at 1,000-1,500 CZK, similar to price of tops or bamboo viscose skirts.
Last but not least, the authors presented hundreds of luxurious women's jewelry that reflect not only what they have gone through in their lives, but also depict relationships, births or the taboo theme of labioplasty, plastic surgery of the labia.
A jewel in the shape of a flower or female genitalia carries the idea of labioplasty, which is to symbolize that flowers are also sexual organs and we admire their beauty. We do not find it strange, but when it comes to human sexual organs, we usually use either profane, or childish terms.
“We have added new shapes to the collection because I have read somewhere what percentage of women are willing to undergo plastic surgery of intimate parts, because it does not correspond to what they see in porn. I found it very sad, so we made three different shapes in the spectrum of what exists, to point out that every woman is unique and should not be cut because of shape. ”
