Why Balcony? Because this establishment is located at a considerable height in the city centre with a perfect view of Národní třída all the way to the National Theatre. It specialises in champagne and other wines, cava and mixed drinks. The wine list for Balcony Bar was compiled by leading Czech sommelier Jakub Král. For nibbling, there is an offer of diverse tapas brioches, meaning small tapas in the form of toasted butter brioche with caviar, smoked eel, cheese and other delicacies. The brioches for the local kitchen are made by the luxury Mansson’s Bakery.
