Czech Company Fatra Celebrates its 70. Jubilee of Making Phenomenal Inflatable Toys!
This firm won the prestigious competition Czech Grand Design and won the Manufacturer 2013 prize for its collection of inflatable toys.
Play keeps mischief away!
This is an ancient truth, tried and tested by generations. That is why the current producers seek the toys to be functional, attract children´s attention, develop their fantasy and promote imagination. When that happens, the child becomes entirely immersed in the play and the parents get a break for hours on end. That is the motto of the company Fatra in Napajedla, where production of inflatable toys has a 70-year tradition. The production is still innovative, approaching young designers.
PVC-P film and its versatility
It is the basic material of all inflatable toys. It is then put together by high-frequency PVC welding. To start with, there must be a design project. And as we´ve said it before, the above-mentioned artists succeeded luxuriously. Jan Čapek designed a Dog and a Formula One, Jerry with his wife Anička designed a Goat and a Tractor, Zuzana Lednická then made a graphic design of interesting print layouts for inflatable balls. Anna then independently created a luxury series of inflatable boats.
Toys to reach the audience of children
The formula one model is bright yellow and since last century racers broke speed records in it. Today, little boys may become formula drivers without being injured. All the toys bear a luxury certificate Safe Toys. In addition to racing, the formulas may drive into a depot where the mechanic tops up the air pressure in the wheels. The goat only has three legs, a blow-up udder and thanks to the transparent eyes the small observer may look into the bowels of the animal. Also, it in a funny way reflects the name of the authors. The ergonomically-shaped tractor in blue has white inflatable wheels and daily leaves to go on a field.
