A luxury Michelin restaurant, part of the Ambiente network, whose strategy is to serve "small dishes" - you will be served smaller portions here designed to rouse all your senses and inspire contemplation. The first bite awakens your curiosity, the second focuses your attention and makes you definitely want more. Indeed, that’s not surprising with dishes such as beef tongue with pear, mustard and poppy seed.

And because drinks add more tones to the harmony of flavours, we pair our dishes with small taster drinks - wines, beers and fruit juices. If you don’t know what to choose from the menu, choose the tasting menu with six or eleven courses prepared from seasonal local produce. The flawless operation of the restaurant, which could be called a triumph of Czech cuisine, is overseen by Executive Chef, Oldřich Sahajdák.

The interior design of the restaurant has nothing to be ashamed of either: wood, leather, golden tones and walls in grey and beige, unobtrusive tones - all combine to create a luxurious environment to which you will want to return again and again.
