Nice surprise! I remember this restaurant at a time when rising culinary star Emanuele Ridi sat behind a wooden bar in front of a football game. In the match break he managed to run around nine tables in the hall, quickly greet guests, then go back to the screen.
No signs of Emanuel. The restaurant, which the founder left to find locations closer to the centre of Prague, has been owned by his then employee Milan Holub for several years.
At first glance, you will realize that there is a really well-coordinated team - the timing of waiters and serving food is absolutely excellent. We did not wait long for either the menu or the separate courses.
We recommend tasting the tuna carpaccio with sesame - a healthy light appetizer that is not on the menu. We definitely recommend grilled common soleor sea bass as the main course. They are served on a large plate surrounded by grilled vegetables.
The menu also offers more affordable dishes than grilled fish. For example, different types of pasta: egg tagliatelle with Bolognese ragout - 240 crowns, spaghetti with mussels and cherry tomatoes - 290 crowns and other delicacies.
