Under the new rules announced by government comissioner for science and research in healthcare Roman Prymula last week, infected asymptomatic people will have to stay in isolation for ten days instead of the original two weeks. No test will be required to finish quarantine or isolation.

Green roofs have seen rocket growth

The amount of the subsidy from the state has increased by 60 percent since May this year, that is from 500 to 800 crowns per square meter of green area on the roof. Depending on the chosen type of roof, vegetation and method of implementation, the subsidy can now cover the full amount of eligible costs. Green roofs on houses save energy costs, cool buildings and reduce rainwater runoff, as well as dust and noise levels. According to the communication officer of the State Environmental Fund, Stanislava Beyerová, the interest in supporting vegetation roofs is growing. Vegetation roofs are growing at an estimated year-on-year rate of about 30%, a trend we have seen in the last five years.

Two hurricanes are crashing in the USA at the same time

Tropical Storm Marco intensified to a hurricane on Sunday. The wind now reaches a speed of 120 kilometers per hour. The hurricane will hit the south of USA on Monday. And to make matters worse, Tropical Storm Laura is advancing in the same direction and threatens to intensify to a hurricane as well. The two hurricanes are likely to arrive in the US state of Louisiana shortly after each other. According to meteorologist Dagmar Hons, despite the fact that both hurricanes will reach the first two categories on the Saffir-Simpson scale, they will not be the most destructive hurricanes due to their rapid progression – there is a high risk of floods from torrential rains. "This is something we haven't had here yet, two expected hurricanes in our state so close behind," Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards said, urging the White House to declare a federal state of emergency.

America treats coronavirus with blood plasma
