Prague struggled with heavy rains, airport stopped

On Sunday, heavy showers arrived from the west to the Czech Republic, flooding basements, streets and sidewalks. Torrential rain, where in many places it reached a total of 80 millimeters per square meter in two hours, complicated the situation in transport too.

Zelensky wants to create a buffer zone in the Kursk region

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced on Sunday that the goal of a bold military incursion into the Russian Kursk region is to create a buffer zone that will prevent further attacks by Moscow across the border.
