Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced on Saturday that Canada will retaliate against new tariffs from President Donald Trump and will impose a 25% tariff on a range of imports from the USA, warning Americans that Trump's actions will have real consequences for them.
At a time when relationships between long-time allies, who share the longest land border in the world, have hit a new low, Trudeau said at a press conference that he will impose duties on American goods worth 155 billion Canadian dollars (2.58 trillion CZK), according to Reuters agency.
