President Trump spent the day attacking Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, calling him a "dictator" and deepening the rift between the two leaders. His attacks came after Zelensky, in response to US-Russian talks in Saudi Arabia from which Kyiv was excluded, said that the US president "lives in a disinformation space" controlled by Moscow. In a speech at an investment meeting in Florida, supported by Saudi Arabia, Trump said that the only thing Zelensky is "really good at is playing Joe Biden like a fiddle".
The insult of the "dictator" quickly sparked criticism from European leaders including Germany's Chancellor Olaf Scholz or Britain's Prime Minister Keir Starmer, who pointed out the similarity of the situation to the position of Great Britain which alone in Europe was able to resist Nazi Germany and there were no elections in the country, reported BBC.

"In 2022, households could have claimed benefits amounting to 59 billion crowns, in reality, 19 billion were disbursed,"
said analyst Jiří Vraspí. The current government's amendment will simplify the system, reducing the claim from the current 29% of the population to 22%. However, the report suggests that the change in legislation is too restrictive.
