The Louis Vuitton Cruise 2019 show attracted Emma Stone and other stars
World-famous designers are travelling to France.
This is the fourth year that French fashion designer Nicolas Ghesquier has created a deluxe women’s collection, which he usually likes to present in the Louvre Museum. However, this time the designer chose something unusual. The Cruise 2019 collection was presented at the Fondation Maeght Museum of Modern Art in Saint-Paul-de-Vence on the French Riviera. Other world-famous designers, such as Gucci, Chanel and Christian Dior, will also be presenting their collections in France.

Viewers of the Deluxe Louis Vuitton show included not only fans of fashion, but also Hollywood stars, such as Oscar winners Emma Stone and Jennifer Connelly, or actresses Léa Seydou, Sophie Turner and Sienna Miller. And what did the fashion show offer? Stylish items that deserve a place in your wardrobe.
The trend is feathers and asymmetrical minis
With regard to material Nicolas Ghesquier chose leather, cotton, wool, denim, satin and even feathers, which he used to create stylish skirts and tops, for his deluxe collection. It was these “feathered” items that are among the best that Cruise 2019 offers, along with the asymmetrical minis. Do you dare wear them, or are they too bold for you?

I really enjoy the variety of colours, designs and particularly the materials we can see here. The venue on the French Riviera simply enhanced this impression!
My favourites definitely included the completely white fitted dress with the long sleeves, the cognac belt and hard black musketeer boots without a heel. I would exchange the boots for some classic, and mainly subtler, strappy pumps, but otherwise the outfit is perfect. The dress is bursting with sex appeal even though it has no plunging neckline or slit! It would be ideal for serious business meetings or a romantic lunch for two. Possibly at the renowned Bellevue Restaurant with a view of Prague castle.
And I must not forget the pleated beige mini skirt with the white blouse, which has sleeves with a cut-out on the inner side. Very elegant and sexy! And I love the subtle pink silk model with the turquoise embroidery. It’s a little “Lolita” style, but completely OK for women under 30. It’s fun to play an innocent doll sometimes...
