"Fortune favors the brave" wasn't only the motto of the famous racer and owner of the Ferrari team, but also of a Czech-born architect Jan Kaplický. We invite you to a tour of one of his marvels, right in sunny Italy.

Shocking yet admirable

The Enzo Ferrari museum located in Modena will captivate you at first glance. The luxurious and radical building, vibrant with its yellow color, literally attracts people's gazes like a magnet. The modern building stands among medieval architecture, but isn't trying to push it away. Rather it coexists with it, creating a homogeneous entity. Visitors could first enter the newly reconstructed venue in 2012. The modern building cost 450 million crowns. Are you curious about what is going to take your breath away? When you enter, you will be greeted with a spectacle you've always dreamed of. You and a showcase of the most luxurious automobiles that have ever been built!

“If you can dream it, you can do it.”

That's how the well-known racer Enzo Ferrari lived and thought, and his quote fittingly relates to the work of the innovative architect. The uniquely conceived modern hall resembles an anthropomorphic shape of a fish, or rather the hood of a car in many ways. Car enthusiasts see it clearly. What do you see in it? Everything is directed towards one thing, honoring strong cars, engines and master coach builders. The auto world is only for strong racers, and both Enzo Ferrari and Jan Kaplický were ones, of course, even though each one of them has earned their first place in a different field.
