The enchanting Veronika Kubařová showcased a beautiful nude-coloured flower gown

The actress Veronika Kubařová wore a stunning nude-coloured flower gown from the workshop of young designer, Petra Kluzáková. She is her close friend and the actress thus praised this loving cooperation. The make-up of charming Veronika was taken care of by visage artist, Lucie Janků and the resulting fairy look was one of the best that we have seen at the jubilee 25th year of Thalia Awards!

Miluše Bittnerová wore Ralph Lauren, drawing powerful weapons ideed!

Extravagant actress and presenter Miluše Bittnerová wore a luxury dress by Ralph Lauren and placed her bet on a deep décolletage. The hairstyle was the work of HAIRPOINT while she took care of the make-up herself. Considering the advantages of her figure, they unfortunately also make the subtle black dress look cheaper than it would have deserved.

Jiří Korn and Tereza Kostková placed their bet on the Czech Republic: CHATTY and Tatiana Kovaříková

Jiří Korn remained, the same as Tereza Kostková, loyal to a domestic designer and placed his bet on the designer duo, CHATTY. The black piece from the workshop of Radka Sirková and Anna Tušková was accessorised by stylish spectacles, showing a distinctive style to which we are accustomed. Smiling Tereza Kostková bet on a red luxury off-the-shoulder dress from the workshop of Tatiana Kovaříková in which she literally glowed.

Daniel Bambas, Jan Přeučil and Pavel Vítek fine-tuned their look to the letter

Although singer Pavel Vítek bet on rental, namely SuitsUp, he nevertheless looked perfect as one of the few men there. The blue suit looked good on him, which is not a matter of course as regards rented pieces. Charming Jan Přeučil did not forget to bring his hat and came to the National Theatre in a stylish model, custom-tailored by Mejta. Charismatic Daniel Bambas wore a luxury suit by Koutný in which he belonged to one of the best dressed men of the evening!

Zuzana Kajnarová and Eva Hrušková selected off-the-peg

Charismatic actress, Zuzana Kajnarová, whose name has appeared in the broader sense in nominations in operetta category, musical, arrived at the event in a more subtle VAN GRAAF piece of light colours. The jubilee year of such a significant event might have deserved a little grander dress, but let´s pardon Zuzana, for she did not skimp on smiles throughout the whole evening. Off-the-peg was also chosen by stylish Eva Hrušková, who put on a model of the Canadian brand, Joseph Ribkoff. The black gown very much flattered her and together with Jan Přeučil they showed how a perfectly-matched couple should look like.

Pavel Trávníček revealed that he got ready in 10 minutes, which was obvious from the result

Pavel Trávníček arrived at Thalia Awards with his wife Monika. The actor revealed that he got ready within 10 minutes, which, looking at his outfit, was actually obvious. He looked slightly dishevelled and his wife Monika did not look any better either, wearing a short green dress fit more for a dinner party than a prestigious event.

Natalia Grossová put on a mini and it was not well done!

To wear a mini-dress to a prestigious event, whatever the success of the designer, is always a very risky step. Natalia Grossová made that experience, too, having worn a dress by Osman Laffita. The dress is a great outfit for any one of the luxury Prague clubs, but is just not fit for the ground of the National Theatre.

Laco Hudec Šubrt took care of his fashion faux pas directly at the National Theatre

Young singer Laco Hudec Šubrt arrived at the event in a very extravagant model, acquired in the faraway exotic India. Laco has revealed that this very model is actually likely to become his fashion faux pas. We appreciate the creativity and courage here, but yes, this really is a fashion faux pas!

The most artistic prizes of the year, Thalia Awards have been distributed. But how did those present fare in their gala evening, sweeping gowns and suits? Perhaps you will wonder about my point system...

Veronika Kubářová

The young actress whom I registered thanks mainly to the film Women in Temptation, arrived at the National Theatre in a champagne-coloured gown decorated with flowers, from the workshop of Petra Kluzáková. I must say that this model looked among all those cumbersome all-round dark dresses like a breath of fresh air. At the same time I enjoy that sort of folklore, which perhaps was even planned. The only thing that I mind, really, is the giant gold clutch bag. It is too ´crude´ to go with such a romantic dress. The next time I would like to recommend a smaller purse, which would match the look.

Tereza Kostková

Actress Tereza Kostková bet as always on the classic without any embellishments, but of perfect fit. In my opinion, the dress of Tatiana Kovaříková was a good choice. I very much appreciate the richness of the material that so perfectly holds the décolletage and at the same time does not look cheap. Unfortunately I am not so enthused about the flapping belt around the waist. Tereza has a lovely figure, but nevertheless such a detail seemed to unnecessarily make her look larger. Choose a smooth silhouette the next time.

Eva Hrušková and Jan Přeučil

This couple has been together for so long that they are starting to look alike. I don´t know how these two do it, but over the last 150 years they have looked the same, including the clothing. This is a clear example of how there are still people among us who keep their clothes for decades. In my opinion there is too much black in the evening dress by Joseph Ribkoff as well as the suit by Mejta tailor´s! And when I see the absolutely unmatched blue cummerbund, I wanted to scream. This is really bad my dear!

Pavel Vítek

Ever-optimistic singer, Pavel Vítek, placed himself into the hands of professionals at SuitsUp rental just to be sure. Nevertheless, the fact that evening wear is hired (especially in case of men) does not seem very sexy to me. I appreciate the effort to look trendy and youthful; however the overall impression is as if I had in front of me an insurance broker with a "super" offer of my lifetime. But Thalia Awards...?

Miluše Bittnerová

One of our most curvaceous actresses placed her bet on a black classic by Ralph Lauren. I do not know from which decade does the dress come from, but on Miluše it unfortunately looks like a giant tent with cream-coloured plush embellishment. An attempt to look like Marilyn Monroe did not seem to have worked out …

Zuzana Kajnarová

Actress Zuzana Kajnarová in the foyer of the National Theatre looked like a prospective cloak attendant heading for an interview. I really do not understand how anyone can possibly wear something so dull and formal to a festive evening event such as precisely this neutral VAN GRAAF dress. After all, we are not making a financial audit here, we are going to celebrate art!

Jiří Korn

Thanks to my husband I know Jiří personally and I terribly enjoy both his style on a golf course as well as in company. Indeed, he is one of the few people who can dress completely originally and trendy and at the same time combine this with the classic. I like his avant-garde suit by Chatty and I commend him for that. Of course I also congratulate on the price - kisses!

Natálie Grossová

The youngest of nominees, Natalie Grossová, arrived at the National Theatre in some kind of mini disco dress from the workshop of Osman Laffita. Not only I do not understand why Natalia failed to comply with the dress code, but moreover why is she wearing the horrible flesh-coloured stockings?! Once and for all; ladies: throw away all flesh-coloured stockings please!!! One cannot bear looking at it and they are really not in!!!! The end.
