Carolina Herrera evidently used her wedding collection to reminisce about the legendary Hollywood style of the stars in the nineteen sixties. Nearly all her dresses look as if they comes from films that Audrey Hepburn starred in. Style, luxury and pure elegance. Certainly something that will make an “ordinary” wedding into something more.
If you are a member of the group of women who appreciate clean lines like I do, then this collection is the right one for you! It is not so long since my own wedding (just three years) and I realise today that I would definitely choose something completely different for my wedding dress.
Although only the waist of my dress was embellished with small stones and pearls, over the course of the day I found out how a normal corset is useless if your breasts are a little larger. This is why I would choose the beautifully designed simple white dress with the subtly lowered straps without any other embellishments. It may not seem so at first glance, but you don’t need much. Even the lowered straps will help provide some assurance when wearing this dress! It is important that you enjoy your entire wedding day fully and not have to keep checking your dress all the time!
