Beginning today, Praguers will have to wait a bit longer to get on the tram. Likewise, the British will have to wait quite some time for the end of the planned lockdown. Allegedly, it could be in place until the spring. But don't worry, while you're waiting, we'll show you the Japanese hospital ward, which is guaranteed to improve your mood, or a new Chrissy Teigen tattoo.

Longer waiting and shorter service hours of daily connections. These are the changes in store for Praguers beginning today. The reason is one of the measures to combat the coronavirus epidemic, according to which a curfew is in place from 9:00 pm.

Daily service will stop shortly after 10 pm. The last metro will leave the final stops two hours earlier than usual. Trams will run according to the holiday timetable even during the day, i.e. every 10 minutes, except for the backbone lines 9, 17 and 22 (these will run every 5 minutes). The first night tram will leave from Lazarská at 10:30 pm.

The daily bus service will not change, but at night most lines will run with an interval of 60 minutes. However, in case of the backbone lines 904, 905 and 911, the interval of 30 minutes remains.

World Health Organization President Adhanom Ghebreyesus is heading into quarantine.

"I have been identified as a contact of someone who has a positive test for Covid-19. I am fine and asymptomatic, but I will remain in quarantine for the next few days, according to WHO protocols, and will work from home."

He proceeded to point out once again how important he believes it is for everyone to follow the same procedure, if the infection is to be stopped.

In addition to his paintings and sculptures, the Japanese artist Takashi Murakami is also known for a plethora of original art projects. Last month, Murakami had created a work of art as part of a treasure hunt organized by the Grand Palais in Paris and the Perrotin Gallery, and this time he decided to make the day a little better for pediatric patients.

The arist went ahead and designed a room at the Children's Hospital in Washington, USA. Both the walls and the positron emission tomography device are now covered in his iconic flowers. The room is often visited by little patients who come to the hospital with fractures or joint issues, as well as tumors or heart disease.

According to cabinet ministers, anti-coronavirus measures in the United Kingdom could be extended until next year. The measures would be loosened a little over Christmas, to be tightened again after the holidays. According to the ministers, calling off the lockdown will be very difficult, if numbers of new cases and deaths keep increasing. And that is the main concern - that a month from now, both of these numbers will still be on the rise.

Restrictions on travel and services have been in place in Britain since Thursday.

However, Tencent is aware that there's no time to rest on today's laurels and plans to expand into other areas - anime, movies, music, and apparently also into fashion. The company announced cooperation with the British luxury brand Burberry.

This happened after the world's most lucrative mobile game had celebrated its fifth birthday and found itself facing a threat from the mobile version of League of Legends, the world's most popular computer game.

Shortly after she lost her unborn baby, supermodel Chrissy Teigen got a touching tattoo. She wants it to remind her of her son Jack, whom she lost after the twentieth week of her pregnancy.

She revealed her new tattoo - Jack's name in italics - in a photo shared on her Instagram. The picture shows her holding hands with her husband, singer John Legend.

"Jack will always be loved, explained to our kids as existing in the wind and trees and the butterflies they see,"

Teigen wrote in a moving essay.

And that's all from us for today! We wish you a relaxing start to the new week and don't lose motivation just because it's Monday. Because, as the British writer Arthur C. Clarke said:

"If you find a path with no obstacles, it probably doesn't lead anywhere."
