Long history of restaurants on the Eiffel Tower

There was a certain restaurant at the same place already in 1889, when 4 wooden pavilions were built here on the occasion of the world fair. In the thirties of the 20th century, the pavilions were demolished and replaced by two restaurants. Renovations took place in 1980, after which restaurants La Belle France and Le Parisien were created here. In 1996, these restaurants merged and operated under the name Altitude 95; this restaurant’s interior was reminiscent of a classical blimp. And the current luxurious restaurant was created and renamed after the last renovation in 2009.
