Among other things, the collection is made up of items which are in part based on the brand’s older models. Crystal Christmas presents a sized-down version of the Marni Trunk handbag – Micro Trunk. The handbag remains faithful to its classic shape, but is now adorned by expensive crystals, the layout of which creates saffron flowers. And although these saffron flowers will probably not be a joy to smell, the certainly will be a joy to behold!
The luxurious floral Marni Micro Trunk is the most expensive thing in the whole collection and it can be yours for just over a thousand dollars.
The keyring in the shape of a pair of lips is fun and floral bag charms lend handbags a little panache
Apart from the luxurious Micro Trunk and white-gold Tangram Clutch handbags, the limited-edition collection also includes floral bag charms, thanks to which your handbag can gain a completely new look. Marni also found room in its mini collection for wallets and a card holder – simply put, accessories which you basically can’t do without. And although looking out of the window, it may not seem like the right time to buy a pair of sandals, Marni disagrees and is offering black Fussbett sandals decorated with sparkling crystals. These are an interesting contrast which you can put away until spring/summer!

Like a trip into a fairy-tale world (apart from those heavy-duty sandals!)
The Marni Crystal Christmas collection comes across to me like a fairy tale about the Ice Queen or the Ylvis video - The Fox (What Does The Fox Say?). I really like the luxurious workmanship of the Micro Trunk handbag with flowers and the white-gold Tangram Clutch. These are items, the uncluttered design of which will even manage to elevate a Hermés blouse a child talked you into wearing at brunch somewhere – no further comment required.
Handbags like this are best suited to wearing during the day in the summer, the ideal choice for a romantic trip outside of Prague. They are perfectly suited to any café or restaurant garden in the summer, in Průhonice for example.
The only thing I don’t like about this collection are those heavy-duty sandals. Although they look comfortable, in my opinion that are at the very most suited to a gang of prisoners in a cell somewhere.
