Avengers: Endgame

The end of an era is getting inexorably closer and consequences of offences of the main villain Thanos (Josh Brolin) from the last part of Infinity War, when the Avengers were defeated, are borne by the whole world. In the story of Endgame all must be reversed. On the silver screen will again appear heroes such as the Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.), Thor (Chris Hemsworth), Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson, Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) or Captain America where Chris Evans has already confirmed, before the Infinity War, that he will appear in this role for the last time. According to the director duo, Russo brothers, the film will have three hours. The premiere is set for 25th April.

Once Upon a Time in Hollywood

Quentin Tarantino makes a comeback after four years with a new film. When selecting actors for the main roles in his ninth film, he went on to address top stars such as Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio. This filmmaker, who guarantees quality, is able to entertain a wide audience indeed. This time round he has chosen a story which will take place at the end of the sixties in Los Angeles. It will blend fictional characters on the background of real events and real figures. It is the year of 1969 and the gang of notorious murderer Charles Manson is ever-present. One of the victims of this sect is also the wife of Roman Polanski, famous actress Sharon Tate (Margot Robbie). This tragedy is to be exploited by television actor, Rick Dalton, whose career is past its zenith and his friend, stuntman Cliff Booth, to put them back in the limelight. The film is also to feature Michael Madsen, Tim Roth, Kurt Russell or Damien Lewis and Mike Moh. Unfortunately, shortly before shooting Burt Reynolds has passed away, he was eventually replaced by Bruce Dem. The picture will officially appear in cinemas on 8th August.

Toy Story 4

Studio Pixar which thanks to this animated film made a break in Hollywood in 1995 for the first time brings to the movie screens the fourth part of Toy Story. Once again, we see all the old friends: Sheriff Woody, cowgirl Jessie, Buzz Lightyear, Mr and Mrs Potato Head and others.  We can also look forward to some newcomers. They are called Forky, Ducky and Bunny. The last two heroes are plush prizes from a children´s carnival - Bunny is a fearless turquoise-green rabbit and his best friend is a yellow duckling Ducky, constantly moving around, waving wings and joking with his friend. The film revolves around Woody´s old love for porcelain shepherdess figurine Bo-Peep, whom he sets off to find. The picture is directed by Josh Cooley Cooley who had previously directed the hit Pixar movie, “Inside Out.” The premiere is set for 8. August.

Frozen 2

The most profitable animated film of all time, which in 2013 earned worldwide nearly 1.3 billion dollars. Thank to Disney merchandising it was several times more. The whole brand has become a global phenomenon. It is therefore not surprising that the hit of next Christmas will be the return of snowman Olaf and two princesses, Anna and Elsa. The film boasts two Oscars for Original Song and the Best Animated Film. The storyline is still kept under the wraps but the creators insinuated that we will get far beyond the Kingdom of Arendelle and make a deeper examination of Nordic mythology. The directors will once again become Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee. Whether the second part can make an even greater profit, will be found out in the first week, from November 21., when the film should come into the cinemas.

Star Wars: Episode IX

The new trilogy is to be concluded by director J. J. Abrams, who has started it three years ago. Details about the story are strictly a secret. The ninth episode does not yet have an official name either. What is clear so far is that the saga of the Skywalker family is definitely to end, and so the fates of all other heroes should conclude, too, therefore there should be a decisive battle between the First Order and Resistance. The premiere is scheduled for 19. December.
