Whereas Chanel still doesn’t have a shop in the Czech Republic, a two-storey Céline shop opened its doors to the public on the Old Town Square in Prague at the end of September. The luxury collections of this luxury fashion brand will thus adorn the unusually designed interior of the historical building which houses the shop.
The ground floor of the shop offers leather goods and accessories, the first floor holds ready-to-wear collections and luxury footwear. All of this is surrounded by an original environment designed in an industrial style by the Danish artist FOS. The historical location has retained its original appearance, although it has gained a new, timeless and refreshing look.
The stone floor with precious stone insets goes well with the black metal hangers. The showcases also have their own unique look: you can for example admire their diverse shapes and interesting materials used such as terracotta, onyx or hand-crafted linden. The whole atmosphere is livened up by greenery. The walls are colour-coordinated with the concrete floor thus unifying the look of the whole space in a respectable manner.
A visit to this luxury shop could be dangerous: this is to say that you won’t want to leave. And if you do, then not with empty hands! The gallery below offers you a look at the latest luxury Spring/Summer 2018 collection.
