Part sexy, part cheap and part like the 19th Century!
The Valentine’s collection from La Perla rather surprised. The otherwise very conservative style of this brand really took a plunge this time… sometimes a bit too much I think.
I really like the pale pink panties with the same-coloured bra, whose transparency essentially reveals everything from the outset (but that light transparency does its job too…). Combined with the pink silk dressing gown, which looks like a perfectly tailored jacket, it is a perfect hit. Elegant yet incredibly sexy! What’s more, practically every woman will be wearing red for Valentine’s Day, so why not be a bit different?
I find the red options entirely unoriginal and rather cheap at the same time. Red combined with black lace? Goodness, how many times have we seen this…? And the greatest mistake of all in my opinion is the short pink overall. It rather reminds me of underwear from the 19th Century: in short, first-class awfulness! And one would think that humanity has LEARNED since them. Apparently, La Perla hasn’t...
