Andrea Verešová admitted that she is now more humble due to health problems that plagued her. Unfortunately, the current political situation in Slovakia also affected her assets. In the interview, she revealed what it was like for her when she "lost" at a fashion show a thing that feeds her and also what she most often invests in.
Two, three hours.
I had the flu, twisted my knee and to top it off, as they say, my back seized up. So I really enjoyed that and was forced to rest. In fact, I could not even move and I even had to go to the emergency room. I'm happy to be here. It's almost a miracle that I managed to pull myself together in a week, and I thank everyone who helped me, the physiotherapist.
I am much more humble and happy to be able to move, because health is truly the most precious thing we have.
I am the type who likes to invest in my children's education and in things that are beneficial. I like to invest in beautiful stays, for example in warm vacations. I strive to work hard, so that I can then relax and travel. Anyway, I wanted to buy property for my children, because they grow up quickly. Soon they will want to study at a university.
I am paying a mortgage, gradually repaying the apartment, it is already successfully rented out and that makes me happy and I believe it will be an investment that will return one day.
It's true, it was a bit painful. The joy and euphoria from a beautiful show was of course replaced by stress and fear that I lost my phone. I have everything in my phone.
Fortunately, the phone was found.
It got lost during the show. There's usually a great deal of chaos when packing things and everyone is changing, so the phone slipped behind the curtain and without a good rescuer, a perfect seeker, I might not have it until now. Thus, he truly pulled a thorn from my heel and a weight off my heart. As they say: "one realizes the worth of something only when it’s lost." It's the same with health as well as things we take for granted.
And I hope I never have to experience that again. Let's truly appreciate what we have, especially our health.
I love being free and not being online. I think it's difficult in today's world, but the younger people have it even worse because we are already a generation that lived without phones, social networks, so we can imagine it. Of course, social media feeds me, so they are important to me and I try to occasionally add posts, things, I am obligated to companies, people, with whom I collaborate, so it is not possible just to disconnect from one day to the next, but
I try to make a "break" when we are on vacation or with the family in the mountains, to excuse myself from it and put the phone aside.
With your permission, I will not comment on politics, it is not entirely appropriate for me. I haven't lived in Slovakia for twenty five years and I just hope that everything will go right and better. For example, what happened with the land registry office also affected me coincidentally, so I know what's going on there. It's unprecedented, but I say that every fall, chaos eventually leads to something better, it's a challenge to think about ourselves or what we're doing.
Hopefully, politicians will also succeed and choose the right path, lift this nation and make the right steps so that we can feel and especially feel better.
Luxury to me means freedom, the ability to travel, to be with family, and most importantly to decide how to spend my free time.
