Bluewaters Island

Bluewaters Island is one of the most impressive artificially created islands in Dubai. It is a multi-billion dollar project by Meraas company. The record-breaking Ferris wheel Ain Dubai is the centerpiece of the lifestyle destination that has over 200 retail and dining concepts. Bluewaters Island Dubai is located on the coast of Jumeirah Beach Residence near the Dubai port. The project was approved by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the ruler of Dubai, and it is one of the best planned residential islands in Dubai, offering luxury waterfront properties.

The Bluewaters Island project is about beach living, luxury real estate, and resort-like amenities. The project was opened to the public in 2018, with the handover of residential properties starting in March 2017. There are 10 mid-rise residential buildings, each with 15 above-ground floors. On the ground floor of these buildings are retail stores and F&B outlets.

Due to the luxury amenities and properties on offer, it is one of the most expensive areas to live in Dubai.

The Bluewaters Island project is planned to become a tourist destination. Therefore, it is possible to find a multitude of facilities, integrated communities, and recreational activities within its spaces.
