A huge advantage

There is nothing new nowadays about applications focused on sport or fitness which allow you to record all of the activities you have performed. Thanks to smartphones, you can for example ascertain in a flash how many calories you have consumed or how many kilometres you have run. Some applications are focused rather on competitive individuals who gain motivation to beat limits and compete with others. Others on the contrary work on the basis of support from the community, where you share your luxurious results.
