Fashion designer Zuhair Murad is, above all a man with an incredibly varied fantasy. His collection of dresses is reminiscent of spring rain of white-pink magnolia blossoms in the centre of an orchard on top of the Petřín Hill. But it has to be noted that after all he is still only a man who does not realise what such a dress must withstand on the big day...
To be honest, there is a little too much bare skin to my taste. I myself have already had one wedding and I therefore know very well how demanding such a day may be for the woman. With regard to the fact that on that special day you will meet about a million of your family members and friends, it is clear that you will keep hugging, shaking hands, hold children, eat, there is the tradition of sweeping broken dishes and so on. And if you think about it, do you really want to keep a non-stop watch over the dress all day? Such as "can my grandmother see my nipple?! After the meal I cannot hold my tummy in any longer....am I pregnant?? The decorative embroidery started to scratch my entire body!"
