After diving deep into an ocean of greenery during the Cruise 2018 fashion show in the Japanese city of Kyoto, the time has come for a change. Louis Vuitton decided to drop anchor with its advertising campaign off an island of sandy bays - Ibiza. And it invited the best-qualified people for the job to take part in this business trip: the Swedish actress, producer and former ballet dancer Alicia Vikander who is now the face of Louis Vuitton for the third year running and one of the most respected photographers of the fashion world - Patrick Demarchelier! He captured the wonderful landscape between the sea and the sky with his lens, made sure there were some luxurious photos of the Swedish beauty and thus confirmed his reputation as a top photographer.
During her cruise on the luxury yacht, Alicia is accompanied among other things by Louis Vuitton Twist and Capucines handbags. Capucines is characterised by an unobtrusive elegance and is a symbol of the brand and its craftmanship. Twist is one of the modern classics, designed by the French fashion designer and creative director of Louis Vuitton Nicolas Ghesquière.
Shooting the campaign certainly provided the actress a wonderful reminder of her marriage to the Irish actor Michael Fassbender. It was precisely here on Ibiza that the loved-up couple exchanged their vows in the middle of October this year.
