Blade Runner 2049, premiering on 5 October
“I sent the script to Harrison Ford and he admitted that it’s the best script he has ever read,” says Ridley Scott, executive producer of the film.
Thirty years since the events in the first film, the new Blade Runner and Los Angeles police officer K (Ryan Gosling) reveal a long-hidden secret, which is so fundamental that it could entirely tear apart the last remains of human society. This obliges him to search for Rick Deckard (Harrison Ford), former Blade Runner of the L.A. police, who has been missing or 30 years. Alongside the main pair, the film also features a luxurious cast including Jared Leto, Robin Wright and Ana de Armas.
Earth: One Amazing Day, premiering on 26 October
The creators of Earth are bringing a second feature-length film to cinemas, following up on the successful second series of the nature documentary Earth. This adventurous film introduces viewers of all age categories to an unforgettable cast of luxury characters in the form of beautiful animals. The film will be showing in Czech cinemas in two versions: with the original English narration by Robert Redford with English subtitles for older viewers, or a Czech version for younger viewers, dubbed by Ivan Trojan.

The Italian film score composer has already had four concerts in Prague. This time, he will present the new concert program during his last performance in the Czech capital. As always, he will be conducting the Czech National Symphony Orchestra, with which he has had many luxurious experiences.
