Infused with a Christmas ambiance, the Holiday 2018 film shows the light and dark side of Christmas in Britain. A shot of a pleasant family gathering at Christmas lunch alternates with images of unforeseeable weather or delayed trains!

The breath-taking Burberry ambiance
The perfect execution of this deluxe Burberry film will draw you into the plot. The phenomenal scenario and excellent acting in this campaign are accompanied by the legendary Christmas song “Carol Of The Bells”, which could also be heard in the cult film Home Alone.
Board the train in a coat, sit down to dinner in luxury!
Burberry shows off its iconic beige coats in the first part of the campaign, when M.I.A. and Matt Smith appear in a restaurant in front of the station and Kristin Scott Thomas appears in the train,. As soon as the trio sits down to Christmas dinner, their casual outfits suddenly transform into something deluxe and elegant.
Putting their money on silk and dinner jackets
A Christmas dinner simply demands elegance! Singer M.I.A. whose most famous hit is “Paper Planes”, wore a silk printed dress at the festive table and complemented her look with distinctive jewellery. Actress Kristin Scott Thomas also wore silk, but chose a delicate shade of light blue in contrast to the exotic singer. Next to her, actor Matt Smith wore a stylish dinner jacket
The jewel of the campaign? The Campbell family!
The final part of the campaign belongs to Naomi Campbell and her mother. While her mother sits on the sofa, Naomi lovingly kneels at her feet. Both ladies look extremely good in models with the iconic beige chequer motif!

A decadent Christmas in the style of the English aristocracy!
If you want a decadent Christmas in the style of the English aristocracy (or rock stars), fashion from Burberry will help this dream come true. Do away with sugary kitsch in the form of reindeers, giant snowflakes and an Anglo-Saxon Santa! Christmas can also be arranged differently. And to tell you the truth, I quite enjoy it!
So what should you wear on Christmas Day? From a very young age I always though it was natural to wear something festive and be surrounded by people who were dressed similarly. Unfortunately my husband does tend to spoil things, because he enjoys comfort more and is absolutely disinterested in any sort of Christmas – FESTIVE dress code (and we have our first jolly Christmas argument before noon....hahahah). But I think that every man should look like Hollywood sharp-dresser Mel Ferrer or Frank Sinatra on this exceptional day. In which case the clear choice is an excellent dinner jacket from Burberry, which is basically perfection itself.
I would also like to mention the beautiful black and cream dress worn by singer M.I.A. in the campaign. The dress is perfectly designed, it particularly emphasises the female waist, and the A-line style will also be much appreciated by every woman who is constantly travelling between the kitchen and the dining room during the Christmas dinner. I think it deserves 100%!!!
