The Hermès brand has for many years now belonged among my favourites.
When I was small, looking at its goods with admiration, I told myself: "Yeah, when I´m 40+, this will be my brand." But today the Hermès philosophy has somewhat changed. It is not just about strict classic without any fresh air. Nowadays its fashion may be enjoyed even by young ladies, avoiding any accusation of dressing too old for their age.
One of my greatest favourites of SS19 is a long leather skirt of cognac brown shade in combination with a short black knitted off-the-shoulder top, all that accentuated by leather braces. It is elegant, yet obviously sexy! One more case and point that a woman in a long skirt may really capture the attention of everyone around. A suitable occasion to wear this model? From work, a vernissage, a concert or an afternoon date which will end in the cinema of Slovanský dům.
Then I could also write on reams and reams of endless praise of the beautiful minimalist dresses and so forth. But unfortunately I have to also mention the minus points of this collection. It is primarily about those strappy sandals, which I will never accept as a trend. Then I was very disappointed in that dark brown giant leather jacket, which reminds me by its shape of a shoe box. Apart from these two mistakes the SS19 is WONDERFUL.
