Last week was initiated by the International Film Festival of Cannes, where celebrities gathered from around the world, to be able to show off on the red carpet and watch the interesting movies. However, the festival is at an end and we could not let ourselves miss the last evening gowns worn to the event by the popular beauties. Which of them looked the best?
The Beautiful Australian lawyer, model and popular presenter shocked again by her seductive visage. For the final event she put on a gown by Georges Hobeika from the autumn collection 2018 and we must attest that she couldn´t have chosen better. The beautiful pale blue colour with a luxurious shimmer accentuated her beauty.
The famous Brazilian actress and model, Alessandra Ambrosio who became famous as a model of the favourite luxury brand Victoria's Secret charmed all in a dress from the workshop of Murad Zuhair. The amazing gown of the favourite fashion designer in body colour with luxurious detailing really suited her, underlining her gorgeous curves.
The charming ethereal actress, Cate Blanchett pulled out an ace on the red carpet. She put on a luxury black overall from the workshop of the famous fashion house Givenchy that perfectly suited her trim figure.
The beautiful model, who just as Alessandra Ambrosio became famous thanks to the luxury brand of Victoria's Secret wore on the red carpet a delicate and subtle dress by Michael Kors.
The well-known actress never looked as beautiful and feminine as at the MFF in Cannes. The beautiful dress from Prada fashion house in pale blue hue with a great décolletage, also revealing her back highlighted her beauty.
One of the most prestigious events in the world is coming to an end...but a starry one at that! After all, how else to conclude the 71st year of the film festival in Cannes than in a spectacular way. Who was the biggest star of the evening and which of the ladies didn´t quite manage to hit the mark? You can´t just guess to be sure...
The model of Australian origin glowed in a light-blue tulle gown with an embroidery of silver sequins. This gown is from the GEORGES HOBEIKA collection Ready-To-Wear autumn/winter 2018/2019. In my view this confirms the rule that light colour tones always suit beauties that have a sexy bronze suntan to perfection. So what about you, ladies, are you also going to hurry to your sunbed to catch some sun?

The world supermodel took a part in the celebratory projection of the film The Wild Pear Tree at the Palais des Festivals. For this occasion she wore a magnificent evening gown from my favourite designer, Zuhair Murad, collection of Spring 2018 Couture. The dress, liberally decorated with gold without any deep décolletage has absolutely dazzled me. The sexy split in the front was just right and on the coast of Cannes the bare shoulders must have been perfectly comfortable and practical. The subtle make-up and sleek hair style finished off the harmony to perfection!

The film star and honorary president of the festival arrived at the première of Capharnaum in a stripy jumpsuit by Givenchy Spring Haute Couture 2018. Unfortunately the spectacular effect of the cascading decoration in my opinion somehow wasn´t quite the thing. This Hollywood star who normally glows at any occasion this time round looked like a specially tarted-up public official on a trip. Quite the disappointment of the evening. However, the beautiful jewellery by Chopard took my breath away!

The famous angel from Victoria's Secret wore an evening gown by Michael Kors, covered by tiny rhinestones. To tell the truth, this dress looked to me a bit cheap, really. Basically a swimsuit material with cheap-looking stones, with a bit of ruching, accessorised by a boring clutchbag that added noting to the image. In short, it BORES me and to wear something like that in Cannes is simply awful!!!

My favourite actress Jovovich arrived to the festive première of the film "Burning" in lilac-coloured gown with a deep V-neck in the front as well as the back. The gown was decorated by several larger stones and comes from the Prada fashion house. For example for me it would have been a completely unsuitable dress, but for this actress a perfect choice! It fitted her like a glove and despite the very deep décolletage and tousled hair she made a lady-like impression. The jewellery by Piaget beautifully accentuated the overall impression.
