Where are the stars from SuperStar
Many of the contestants and winners have withdrawn from the limelight. It is obvious that show business is not for everybody… this trio prefers to live far from the lights of the cameras. Who are we talking about?
Štefan Pčelár
This Slovak singer probably attracted the most female fans during the third season of Czechoslovak SuperStar. His singing was not so stellar, but his looks brought most women around him to their knees. Štefan, also known as Itcho, still performs with the same band he had during the contest, but he hasn’t made it far in the world of show business. We are sorry about that, because we wouldn’t mind seeing him more often!
Šárka Vaňková
Do you remember this young lady with a luxurious voice and figure? The singer became famous in the first season of SuperStar. Thanks to votes from viewers, she made it all the way to the grand finale, vying for first place with Aneta Langerová. Luxe! But as you may remember, the victory went to Aneta, who is currently one of the most successful singers of the time – she wins music awards, records luxurious videos and albums and has hundreds of thousands of fans. Šárka career was on the right track too. She started performing in luxury musicals and her star seemed to be rising. To her misfortune, she had a weakness for older men. She experienced two affairs – one with singer Daniel Hůlka and another with director Filip Renč. Both of these relationships were highly publicised, and Vaňková could not withstand the tabloid pressure and withdrew from the scene. She now lives in Slovakia and works as a beautician – she is a luxury makeup artist.
Monika Balogová
This dive also took part in the first season of SuperStar, but she didn’t make it even into the top three. A number of people supported Monika, but it wasn’t enough to move forward. Balogová later had a family and withdrew from the limelight. She releases a song every now and again, but she isn’t really famous. It’s a shame, because her voice is really luxurious.
