According to the French head of state Emmanuel Macron, a ceasefire in Ukraine could soon be concluded, as he declared after a meeting with US President Donald Trump. Apple is planning a new expansion. Over the next four years, it plans to invest more than 500 billion dollars in it.

Macron told Fox News television station after a series of Monday's meetings with Trump at the White House, which largely focused on the war in Ukraine, as Ceskenoviny.cz web portal wrote. The war was started by Russia on the orders of President Vladimir Putin three years ago.

War instigators and authoritarians are "suffocating" human rights around the world, warned the Secretary-General of the United Nations, António Guterres. He pointed out the devastating impacts of conflicts, including those in the Middle East, Ukraine, and Congo. North Korean hackers stole a record 1.5 billion dollars

North Korean hackers stole 1.5 billion dollars in cryptocurrency. This is thus the largest crypto hack in history, security experts told CNN. The hack involved Bybit, the second largest cryptocurrency exchange in the world, with more than 40 million users. According to cryptocurrency tracking firm TRM Labs, hackers laundered about 160 million dollars of the stolen loot over the weekend via a series of accounts linked to North Korean agents. Bybit CEO Ben Zhou said that the company is solvent and can cover the loss of 1.5 billion dollars. Bybit closely cooperates with regulatory authorities and criminal prosecution bodies.
