Between Rožumberk and Liptovský Mikuláš lays a small village called Bešeňová, which is known mainly for its thermal springs and spa. The first written record dates back to 1503. There are also springs with a temperature of 60 degrees with increased content of calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium and iron here. Don't worry, the village isn't a senior home - on the contrary, you can look forward to the Water Park, which uses these natural gifts for the benefit of its guests.
The beautiful resort with hotel rooms and cute bungalows is surrounded by fifteen pools. Four outdoor pools with geothermal water are open all year round, guaranteeing temperatures from 27 to 39 degrees. You can also enjoy a swimming pool with tracks or artificial waves. Indoors, you will find saunas that offer rituals and aromatherapy. Whirlpools in both indoor and outdoor areas, massages, music therapy... and of course, a bar is never far away.
The whole park works on the principle of utilizing hot thermal springs, which are located at a depth of two thousand meters.

If you feel like you've had enough of relaxation in the wellness paradise, you can always pack your bag and take a trip in the surrounding nature. Cable cars will take you almost all the way to the top, so it's not that physically demanding, and you'll be rewarded with breathtaking views of the High Tatras, whether it is summer or winter.
