Over 8000 people have tested positive for the coronavirus in the UK, and today, a name that few people would have expected was added on the list - Prince Charles of Wales. According to available information, he has only mild symptoms and is even able to work from home.
His wife Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, was also tested for the coronavirus; her test was negative. The royal couple are currently in isolation in Scotland. Since Prince Charles has attended a number of social events as part of his duties, it is not yet clear when and where he was infected and for whom he could have posed a potential risk.
Queen Elizabeth II. left London for her residence at Windsor a few days ago because of fears of possible contagion. Apparently she had last seen Prince Charles at a time when he couldn't have been infectious yet, and therefore her health shouldn't be endangered.
Model Heidi Klum also shared her coronavirus test result on social networks. A huge weight must have been lifted off her mind, because her coronavirus infection wasn't confirmed and her husband, Tom Kaulitz, also tested negative.
Heidi Klum and her husband got lucky, but many other personalities cannot say the same. For example, actor Tom Hanks with his wife Rita, Albert II, Prince of Monaco, actors Idris Elba and Kristofer Hivju or Bond girl Olga Kurylenko all tested positive for the coronavirus. Fortunately, their conditions are not life-threatening.
