Construction of Taohuayuan House took approximately 3 years and the popularity of the building has also grown thanks to the fact that it was built in line with Feng Shui rules. The residence neighbours canals, has a lush gardens and wooden bridges. The design of the house and its surroundings was inspired by the city of Suzhou and its classical gardens which are included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
The house is built on 1.6 acres of land and its name means “Utopia” in Mandarin.
