Donald Trump suspended the deportation of Venezuelans

Just hours before leaving the office today, incumbent US President Donald Trump signed an order suspending the deportation of tens of thousands of Venezuelans living illegally in the United States for the next year and a half. However, the executive order does not apply to criminals. In a letter to foreign and homeland security ministers, the 45th US president justified his decision by the deteriorating situation in which the South American state, with a population of nearly 30 million, has recently found itself. Many Republicans from the east coast of the country, where the defeated presidential candidate has strong support, have pushed for this step.

Donald Trump had previously stated that he would not be attending the inauguration of the 46th President of the United States Joe Bide today. His wife Melania won't make an appearance either.

Czech schoolchildren swear by Instagram

During November and December last year, almost 19,000 children aged 9 to 15 from all over the Czech Republic took part in the fifth Mini-Census. Almost half of them communicate with friends most often on social networks. The most popular of these is Instagram, where 87% of respondents have a profile, followed by YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat and TikTok. More than 50 percent of schoolchildren have all these social networks. A quarter of schoolchildren spend 2 hours a day browsing the Internet and playing games. Fifteen percent of them even admit they spend 5 or more hours at the computer. One third of respondents read more than four books a year. Ten-year-olds read more than 15-year-olds. It's interesting to compare when children go to bed. While children under ten years of age typically go to bed before 9 pm (43%), in case of 15-year-olds, going to bed after midnight predominates - 34% of respondents admitted to it.

Almost half of schoolchildren walk to school and can get there within ten minutes. When they have a problem, most of them seek out their parents. When it comes to topics related to sex, however, they often rather consult with friends than with their parents. The prevalent solution in such cases is the Internet, where 47% of 15-year-old schoolchildren search for information about sex. The most important thing for Czech children is family and health.

"During the Mini-Census, children learn about statistics and the evaluation of statistical data in s plyful manner. Due to the measures against the spread of coronavirus, the Mini-Census has also become a welcome addition to online distance learning this school year. And, of course, a reminder of the forthcoming Census of Population, Houses and Dwellings,"

says CZSO chairman Marek Rojíček.

The founder of China's largest group of IT companies, the Alibaba Group, is alive. He connected with about a hundred teachers through an online video conference. He hadn't been heard from since October and hadn't appeared anywhere. Neither Jack Ma himself, nor anyone in his company reacted to speculation about what had happened to him. There were concerns about his life, because the former English teacher is a huge critic of the Chinese regime. Jack Ma, one of the richest Chinese, withdrew from public space shortly after his very critical speech, in which he denounced the actions of the Chinese ruling authorities.

"We'll meet again when the COVID-19 epidemic is over,"

said the 56-year-old mogul, investor and philanthropist.

The 28-year-old singer talked about her privacy in a new episode of the "Call Her Daddy" podcast. The former Disney star, who has a number of hits to her credit, such as Wrecking Ball, Party In The Usa, or We Can't Stop, has tried many relationships with women and men. From 2018 to 2020, she was married to Australian actor Liam Hemsworth. Her last known boyfriend was singer Cody Simpson, with whom she broke up a few months ago. She has also dated several women, including model Stella Maxwell. Now she has admitted that she was much more attracted to girls. According to her, they are sexier than men. Miley also feels better in a relationship with a woman, because she is quite dominant, which can cause complications in a heterosexual relationship.

Porsche brings a cheaper version of its sexy electric car

In recent months, we have become accustomed to the fact that new cars are mostly electric. It's therefore not a complete surprise that luxury carmakers are also jumping on this train. Last year, the German carmaker introduced its electric car Taycan and now it comes with a more affordable variant featuring a rear-wheel drive and 402 horsepower (with a Performance Battery Plus upgrade of up to 469 horsepower). Unlike its predecessors, the new model has an engine at the rear. According to the manufacturer, the maximum speed of the electric car is 143 km/h and the customers will be pleased about its fast charging. The battery can be charged from five to eighty percent in mere 22 minutes. The interior of the car will correspond to other models in this series. The price tag was set at 81,250 US dollars (approximately 1.75 million Czech crowns), which is a little over 20,000 dollars less than last year's version Taycan 4S. The new model is already available in the USA.
