Talent in spades

The Dutch designer, born June 5, 1984, is one of the most talented fashion designers of today. In her work, she uses 3D printing as a basic clothing technology, utilizing her talent and creativity to transform models into works of art.

I have always loved originality and I especially value people who are not afraid to walk the path less traveled, against the stream. Classic fashion is always nice to see, but what stands out will remain imprinted in our minds… This is how the young designer Iris van Herpen can be best described in a nutshell.

Haute Couture at the Paris Fashion Week, moreover in 3D, that's what I call a spectacle! I do have to admit that most of it is not exactly my cup of tea, because I prefer not to add layers to my hips - I rather attempt to optically shrink them (hahaha), but the rippled long-sleeved black and white dress is something I wouldn't say no to and I'd like to shock people, wearing it at some kind of event. Wouldn't you? In Czeh Republic, celebrities have yet to discover Iris.

And the rest? A stunning myriad of creativity that will surely fill the wardrobes of wealthy artists not only from Paris, but also from New York Soho.
