The FW18 collection by Carolina Herrera showcased minimalist chic fashion in black and white, but also fresh bold colours and patterns that give the clothes flair and original style. Simple but also asymmetric cuts could be seen throughout the entire collection. Thanks to lush colours which the designer has already used in the SS18 collection, the fashion makes an optimistic and energetic impression, which in autumn and winter will lift the mood of every woman.

First-class elegance, perfect cut and luxurious materials
Carolina Herrera can put itself in the shoes of the female sex thanks to which it was able to create a breathtaking collection full of original pieces. There appear simple cuts, but also more striking items that will be welcomed by women who seek something more extravagant. The models which combine a simple white shirt with a black skirt or pants look flawless. An ideal outfit for an important meeting or office.
The models presented toward the finale of the show must also be included in this section; they took our fancy at first sight. The basis is a white shirt supplemented by a luxurious, shiny long colourful skirt with a striking belt, which brilliantly accentuates feminine waistline.
Effective abstract and animal prints
Simple fashion pieces were given original touch by patterns which either decorate the whole outfit or only small details. A white shirt with bold, but at the same time subtle ´spots´, luxurious shiny dress in blue or orange colour with an abstract pattern and leopard-print jackets and sweaters look fantastic.
Everything in the FW18 collection matches perfectly, carried on a wave of luxury and elegance. Most of all, our attention was caught by a bold yellow jacket with a white collar, decorated by black leopard print. In our opinion a clear MUST HAVE piece of this year´s autumn and winter.
Luxuriously delicate, elegant dresses alternating with pompous robes
It would not be Carolina Herrera, if the collection did not include exclusive evening dresses. The range is quite wide: you can choose from fine airy dress, high elegance, but also pompous gowns. Most of us were awed by a striking, extravagant red-silver dress of fine feathers accessorised by sparkling shoes. Also notable was a bold and sexy dress red with exposed shoulders, narrow waistband and an A-line skirt. For women who are not that enthusiastic about gowns, there can be found elegant suits, embellished by transparent lace.

The perfect dress for next ball season!
Carolina Herrera and its latest collection in the spirit of cutting-edge elegance entertains me by its sense of passion. This is really not ´only´ about a classic evening gown. Its characteristic tone indicates quite another direction, and for me as an Aquarius this is always crucial.
You know the feeling when at home you throw away your bra and create from your own hands one of perfect, flawless shape within three seconds? I can see such super effect in the dark ruby-red, off-shoulder dress with an irresistibly deep décolletage! It is so sexy: almost hypnotising simplicity recreated into something surreal! How did Carolina managed it, I would really like to know. For the next ball season? Hmm, this deserves to be taken at least to the Viennese one to the Opera!
I like the simple combination of a pure-white shirt, purple belt and a deep yellow floor-length skirt. Certainly, it won´t do for an all day at the office but the season of races and polo tournaments is already nearly here and such a model would certainly be the very thing!
