The Anna Sui fashion show was a huge surprise. When the beautiful models in patterned clothing appeared on the catwalk, the jaws dropped on everybody in the room and they watched with excitement to see what happened next. The most striking of the models was the gorgeous Gigi Hadid with beautiful glamour makeup and a superb dress. She sold the outfit perfectly. And although we are all used to patterns from Anna, her creations never cease to surprise and shock us. The collection stands out with its unique details, it is beautifully embellished yet wearable, which is important for most us.

Colourful stockings will finally be “in”!
It is quite obvious that Anna Sui is going for a rather ethno style in her FW 2018/2019 collection. To be honest, I have absolutely nothing against it, and in these cruel frosty times I would put some pieces from the catwalk on immediately. Why wait for the next season?!
The outfit worn by Gigi was once again one of the BEST! As was the original makeup! The oriental dress with the light grey suede jacket and red stocking: hurray, we will finally have winter with colours other than the eternal black! Just think about it, until now only organic mothers on the playground dared to wear red or otherwise coloured stockings. And now then will finally be “in”!
I also really liked the outfit with the red and pink hat and scarf, black coat, grey and pink stockings and lace-up boots. It reminds of the naughty school-girl look that I find really fun. Sexy yet discreet, fire and water – you know what I mean.
